If it is necessary to establish Islamic government to govern and manage the Moslems affairs, it should be a system to control, appointing governor his authority, competency, qualities and conditions. Also should be norms or principles for how to issue competencies and the dominant relations with the Islamic logic and principle. It is aim of this paper to introduce and recognize the Islamic government of Prophet Mohammad (peace upon him and his family) that established after emigration to Medina. Also with a closer looking it explains and describes its administrative organization and system.
