Base on the Quadruple principles, the management tasks are: planning, organizing, leadership, and control .regarding to efficiency and effectiveness, the control task determined more than ever. The organization require to know the human resources and operating processes to improve their human resources condition , capita] and information in order to increase their production quality and services. Last time, the assessment was base on the individual Judgment. But today, the orientation is changed to grow and development . the efficiency control considered the prevention and counsel more than ever . this paper points out the different procedures to the Islamic- scientific effective assessment and control . it is the best to consider the correct ways to perform the tasks than it will be represented the specifications and indicators of efficiency assessment system , the effective procedures .
