FROM THE LAW ORIENT TO AWARD AND THE UNITY OF RELIGION TO DOMINUTE AZARBIJAN FROM MOGULS DOMINATION TO THE BEGINNING OF AHMAD NEKOODAR GOVERNMENT.

There is little information about the theoretical and practical aspects of Sufism, after the domination of moguls over Azerbaijan. However, according to the evidence at hand, legal Sufism was at the summit of the spiritual hierarchy in the society and the sophists mostly were inclined to the loyalty because of the political, social and economical turmoilʹs. Also, after the mogulsʹ domination and because of non- Islamic elements and non-Iranian tradition and intensified religions debates, sophists were focused on the Sufism of tolerance in form of unity of faiths. The present study examines the historical development of Azerbaijanian Sufism, introducing its major figures from 628 to 680.
