چكيده لاتين :
In this paper words are about the status of women before descending of Quran , wasted rights and her position in Arabian peninsula , the manner of women were treated by men not abiding by any boundaries in marriages none existence of women participation in social , family, economic , affairs and conduct of men before women being at the level of treating lawful domestic animals.
The efforts put in Quran and in Islam in regards to position of women , the value put on daughters the equality of men and women in creation and the continuation of human generation the importance of his existence from family human descent and origin and the influence of his milking their offspringʹs and determination of womenʹs rights in marriages and the right to select 4 wife the number of marriage posterities and dowry rights in fostering and milking of the children, determination of shares of inheritance and ownership rights, the will are among the various subjects discussed in this paper.
