One of the words that presented in the Islamic books of jurists is the tribute which taken from those who have heavenly books and there been various arguments a bout it. Some .believe that the tribute is the same as the tax what autocratic governments take it from the people who are in their yoke and it is something that Islam take it from the followers of other religions, but we say it is not like this . however the tribute is slight tax that in acted to non Muslims living under the protection of Islamic government by justice and annuity or according to the captured to the captured lands by them . This tax is a financial right that taken from the Moslems as a fifth of their net in come and the religious tax . By taking the tribute , the Islamic government provide them security and permit to non Moslems remind in their religions and believes all the jurists both Shiites and Sunni argil to take tribute from the followers of Christian Jewish and magus but they have different point of view about sapiens .
