The Jurisprudence Study of Cloning

The term cloning (in Arabic "stensak")is the transference of somatic cellular core into the ovule void of core. Cloning is consisted of three parts, fontal, transference of cellular core and therapeutic form. Cloning itself, in the Shiite Islamic Jurisprudenceʹs opinion is a permissible act. But according to the socially positive and negative outcomes, it is necessary to consider that some of the scholars have stated that Human Cloning is forbidden. The significance of this issue is that human cloning, in contrast to plants cloning, is a recent and new event that if it is intended to be placed in law, its different aspects should be studied and recognized deeply and meticulously. The procedure is a foundation which has a detectable, presumptive significance and then with the combination of logical principals and principled logics detects the spectrum of Shiite Islamic jurisprudence.
