چكيده لاتين :
This study was investigating the relation between conflict management style and managerʹs performance in Isfahanʹs high schools. Besides , three major questions which was based on measuring the effect of each style of conflict management in manager performance level, we provide one more question in relation to the effect of sex, working years, and their educational degree variables to each one of the variables of conflict management styles and manager performance. The research method was descriptive, correlative style and itʹs statistical population was the number of 310 manager, and 4808 teachers from Isfahanʹs high schools in 1384-85 academic year. Also, we chose the number of 75 managers and 250 teachers after statististical assessment and specifying sample mass in order to gather sample using multi-stages random sampling . The measurement instruments was two questionnaire of putnam and Wilson conflict management style and weis.k.(1989)questionnaire of manager performance that we calculated itʹs validity using expertʹs idea and itʹs validity using expertʹs idea and itʹs adaptation with society culture and we calculated itʹs stability ,doing some primary studies and calculating cronbach coefficient which was 83% and 93% respectively. After gathering data , we used descriptive and inferential statistics such as percent mean, standard deviation ,pearsonʹs coefficient correlation ,multi-variable regression , independent t-test and analyzing unilarteral variance in order to analyze the data statistically. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the style of nonconfrontation conflict management with the performance of human , occupational and clerical relations and between the style of solutionism conflict management and educational operation and between the style of controlling conflict management with educational performance and management .Also there was a meaningful relationship between conflict management style in profit and nonprofit schools , women and men managers, educational degree , the years of working of managers. There was no meaningful relationship between manager operation with sex. educational degree , the length of working years
