Comparative study of Websites of theʹlranian Ministries using www3 criteria and Usersʹ experience

This article aimed to compare the findings of manual assessment of accessibility rate of Iran ministries websites (20 ministries) using www3 criteria with those of usersʹ experiences. Findings of manual assessment showed that the accessibility rale of websites is below the average and those of usersʹ experience is a little more. The average rate of accessibility against www3 criteria was 46,32 and that, of usersʹ experience was 64.4 percent. Findings also indicate thai there is no significance difference between the accessibility of websites concerning results of the two assessment methods.
