Outsourcing, namely seeking the assistance of outsiders to perform certain activities , has been widely accepted and applied by many large organization due to its Quick yielding. But merely focusing on the advantages attributed to outsourcing, has led to the negligence of the problems associated with it. Disintegration of management, human resources conflicts, weakening of chain of command and structural discrepancies are some of the symptoms of outsourcing that need to the dealt with carefully. This paper is to investigate the problems related to the subject and some helpful measures to develop the approach are recommended
