بررسي و تعيين ميزان نسبت انرژي براي توليد سيب زميني در سطوح مختلف كشت در غرب اصفهان (مطالعه موردي: فريدن و فريدون شهر)

Evaluation and Determination of energy ratio for potato production in different levels of cultivated area in the western Isfahan (Case study: Fereydan and Fereydoonshahr)

In this research, the energy ratio for potato production in different levels of cultivated areas (lower than 1 hectare, between 1-5 hectare, and higher than 5 hectare) in the western Isfahan province (Fereidan and Fereidunshahr townships) was assessed and determined. For this purpose, a number of questionnaires were prepared and distributed among the potato producers of the examined region. The results show that the highest share of energy consumed was for chemical energy especially N fertilizer with average of 51 % and the lowest one was for biological energy (human labor) with average of 2%. Also the effect of different levels of potato cultivation on energy ratio was found to be significant at 1% probability levels so that with increasing cultivation level from lower than 1 hectare to higher than 5 hectares. As with increase in cultivated area from lower than 1 hectare to higher than 5 hectare, energy ratio increased from 1.3 to 2.08. It also observed that cropping systems had marked effect on energy ratio at 1 % level of probability. Also it revealed that both tractor type and tractor ownership were significant in their effect on fuel consumption on a per hectare basis.
