A Survey of Jurisprudencial Decree On Women Judgment

There are different views concerning the permission or non- permission of womenʹs judgment from the viewpoint of Islam. This paper is an attempt to investigate some Quranic verses and some related traditions narrated from the infallibles as well as by the consensus proof as the relevant reasons while studying the principle of non- forgery in this concern. Then the article proceeds to come up with the conclusion that Islam has exempted women from this heavy obligation. Thus, There is no reason for the permission of womenʹs judgment. And there is no room for disputing this issue and reasoning it through the Quranic verses or traditions. There is also no argument to accept the principle of non- forgery of the judgment position for women or even to be in doubt in this concern
