Developing a Model for Verifying the Relationship between Quality Management Enablers in Supply Chain Using SEM Approach

This study investigates the relationship between quality management enablers in supply chain management using Structural Equation Model (SEM). Previous studies on quality management in supply chain have only considered up-stream network. However, the present study, as an empirical research on the relationship between quality management enablers in supply chain, examines both up and down stream network in supply chain management. A conceptual model was developed and tested using the data collected through 220 questionnaires from Iran Khodro supply chain. The results reveal that all the items related to each enabler measure that enabler significantly; leadership is positively related to strategic quality management, supplier quality management, and human resource management; and strategic quality management is positively related to supplier quality management and human resource management.
