چكيده لاتين :
The increasing importance of innovation in organizations has made the role of knowledge management a critical one. It is also believed that HRM plays a key role in the development of favorable attitudes towards knowledge management practices. This study investigates the effect of HRM practices (i.e. competitive and fair pay, emphasis on employees rights and relations, exchange of information, employee empowerment, training and development) as independent variables on the creation of favorable personnel battitudes (i.e. organizational commitment, feeling of fairness and equity, mutual trust, feeling of competency) as mediating variables for the development of knowledge management practices. A sample survey was conducted covering 1100 employees from 52 companies. Data was analyzed using regression tests and structural equation models. Results show that HRM practices affect some of the attitudes in organizations and in return these attitudes affect some of the knowledge management practices.
