چكيده لاتين :
This article is about organizational identification. It studies how the merger of Keshavarzi and Jihad Ministries affected the identity of the employees of the new ministry ( Jihade- keshavarzi). Applying the expanded model of organizational identification we compared the employeesʹ identity before and after the merger and proposed some ways to enhance organizational identification for the merged organizations. The employees are satisfied with some facets of their organization and are dissatisfied with the rest. There are also significant differences between employeesʹ identification before and after the merger. Results show that identification is unsettled in the new ministry; that is employees of the Jihad-e keshavarzi ministry are apt to identify themselves with their previous ministries. This confirms the importance of planning and foresight as well as consideration of cultural differences before merger.
