چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to prepare norm scores and determine the
validity and reliability of Strong Interest Inventory on Isfahan high school
students. 800 students were randomly selected and answered Strong Interest
In ven tory. Stron g Scales reliability coefficien ts were compu ted using
Cronbachʹs alpha and test-retest methods. General Themes validity were
computed in three ways: correlation between General Themes and
educational-vocational in terest short form in ven tory, comparison ofstuden t ʹs
mean in educational fields, comparison of the scores of male and female
students. The validity of second battery of Strong Scales that is Basic Interest
Scales was analyzed using the correlation between Basic Innterest Scales and
short form scales. The validity of the third battery of inventory scales that is
Personal Style was examined using correlation ofthis battery of scales with
short form scales.
In a natsheil, findings showed that Farsi form of the strong interest inventory
is a valuable instrument for evaluation of interests, and it has satisfactory
reliability and validity for high school students.
