Kingʹs Authorization Theory

This article which is called kingʹs authorization theory analyses famous juristsʹ viewpoints such as Sheikh Tousi, Sheikh Mofid, Ebn Edris Heili and others about Velayate Faghih. It also considers when jurists can cooperate with kings according to jurisprudence sources and historical documents. This research shows that when Muslim jurists canʹt completely govern in the society, they approach the kings. The jurists approach the kings to invite them to Islam and prevent rebellions and deviations and promote the Islamic decrees.
