Motion and Morality in Stoic Philosophy

This paper, intending to analyze Stoic view on movement and morality, has dealt with the title of the philosophical school and its background at first and then it has presented movement as the fundamental basis for it. In addition, Stoic logic has been introduced to be a coverage for the faults of the school. Again, when studying their opinion on the problem of knowledge, the Stoicsʹ materialistic view has been made clear. Then the most important point of the paper including Stoic physics and movement has been dealt with and the Stoicsʹ false on the manner in which God, the Exalted, rules over the nature has been brought into eyes. The product of the Stoic cosmology has been a kind of ideology and morality that has sought to cause a strong spirit in the Greeks and destroy every state of disappointment among them.
