A Trade Decrease of Siraf Port and the Consequences of Sirafi Tradesmenʹs Immigration

Based upon the immigration regulations of Rovnstein, this paper aims at explaining the geographical expansion and the consequences of sirafi immigrants to trade centers of Indian Ocean after Siraf began to wane. Resorted to historical analysis as well as historical sources related to the fourth century of Islamic calendar and with a study of archeological findings, the paper would answer what socio - political consequences Sirafi tradesmen left for Iranian immigrants in the Indian Ocean. Obtained results indicate that immigration paved the way for the emergence of Kish governors, a development in the ruling of Zanzibar Shirazis and a gradual settlement of Iranians in the banks of Saudi Arabia, India, and China.
