چكيده لاتين :
Human being would always like to make a difference. At the same time, organizations are seriously in need of such differences. Empowerment will not be implemented unless it starts from the top level. Empowerment is a term based on which, self sufficient, deed freedom, and decision making responsibility are mostly delegated to the personnel. In other words, empowerment is defined as designing and structuring organization, so that people could control themselves and are ready to accept more responsibilities.
In this research, the empowerment status of the experts of University of Isfahan has been studied. With regards to the hypotheses of research, the empowerment status of the sample has been measured using questionnaire. Therefore, empowerment level has been considered and divided into four micro-levels as meaningfulness, efficient, and trust. Considering random sampling, 57 experts have been selected for measuring their empowerment status. Finally, the data has been analysis using one group parametric T test and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The findings imply that micro-levels of meaningfulness, self qualification, and effectiveness meet the desirable level, while the trust level of empowerment has been at the low level.
