Using new urbanism to improve traditional regions and areas Case study: Sorkhaab region of Tabriz

Since old structures of cities display culture, ideology and architecture of these cities, they are really precious for us. Industrial revolution made the growth of the cities faster and the border of the cities extended to the neighboring lands. Traditional areas in big cities of Iran and developing countries are facing an imbalanced situation. Presenting and analysis of new urbanism to improve traditional region of Sorkhaab in Tabriz and the least intervention in its structure is the goal of the article. The writers of this article have tried to evaluate the theory of "using new urbanism to improve traditional region of Sorkhaab."
