چكيده لاتين :
The present research has been conducted after the idea that the portion of I.R.I Police personnel in producing wealth is low, so it is a need to develop I.R.I police human resources. Lack of attention to human resource development would no doubt threaten national security. The model tested in this paper is the result of years of experience, combination of different models of human resource management, and experts opinions. A population of 257 people was assigned from which a sample was randomly selected. Questionnaire was used to obtain the required data. SPSS was used to analyze the data and clarify the statistical results. The results demonstrated that in order to develop I.R.I police human resources, the following are important: -Human resource evaluation; -Training order - givers; -Continuity of teaching and training; -Job circulation; -Oneʹs opinion.
