Job Challenges of Police Women

I.R.I police as a microsystem has recruited women in order to satisfy, the needs of the society of women and the juvenile. Since policing is of­ten known to be masculine in nature, putting law enforcement missions - which can be full of violence and physical contacts-on the shoul­ders of women in the police organization needs to be reconsidered. The present paper tries to elaborate on the barriers on the way of benefiting from policewomen in police operations. Theoretically, the paper enters sociology, psychology, rules and regulations, etc to get empowered to test the hypotheses presented.
