Pathology of Research in the Command and Staff Faculty of I.R.I Police University

Research-Oriented approach is among the modern indices of the world advanced universities which mostly focus on memory-training, knowl­edge orientation and developing the power of creativity in the process of learning. The command and staff faculty of I.R.I Police university as one of I.R.I police major higher education center should also turn to research-oriented approach; however, the present status of the faculty indicates a gap with the expectations related to research orientation. The present paper aims at identifying the barriers on the way of doing research in the command and staff faculty of I.R.I police university.
