Koruj or Boruj?

Most authentic critical editions of Hafez record "boruj", not "koruj", in the above line, while the late Allameh GhAzviNi, and before him KhAlkhALi and BAkhiiyARi, have opted for "koruj-e riyahln". In an article entitled "boruj-e riyahln", published in his recent book, Hafez-e J avid, Hashem JAvid has presented evidence to show that "koruj-e riyahln" is wrong. In this paper, the writer, presenting lexical, poetical and Qurʹanic evidence to show that "koruj-e riyahln" is not only the correct but the better choice.
