The international and national criminal policy on Vivtimsʹs right for having a Lawyer in criminal process

The Criminal Policy has been Crime and Criminal- based up to 1960s-1970; bot after Victim advocay Movement, the right of victims and their protection has been one of the most important and fundamental discourses at Universities and an important subject for national and international Criminal policy makers. The right of victims for having a lawyer is a protective and legal act that has been mentioned in some of the international documents (whether binding or non-binding), Supralegislative and some of the Legislative and infralegislative in Iran. Althogh, these has been many challenges in this respect. In this article the situation of this right and the ways of protecting it will be discussed.
