Because selecting the young counselors for executive organizations is a new phenomenon, it is necessary to have a scientific approach towards it. In this research, in addition to designing the system of evaluating the competence of proposed people to be a young counselor of a executive organization, they are then ranked by Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods; Then this algorithm is used to rank the proposed alternatives for one of the administration as a case study
