چكيده لاتين :
Conflict is the most important problem of group behavior. The executive who has a command to the main principles of conflict and negotiation will have more readiness to confront these unavoidable circumstances, successfully. Conflict management consists of knowing and running conflict , reasonably and fair. Conflict can be managed through making use of such skills as effective communication , problem solving and negotiation. Before anything else ,to manage the conflict, we must know ,and analyze it while to study the reason of its creation . Upon recognition of conflict and its causes, key point in conflict management is selection of appropriate style for effective exploitation . Because, ability to confront with conflict and its management plays a pivotal role in managers success. If the conflicts are constructive ,they will bring innovation and creativity which ultimately provides a great assistance to the management to reach his organizationʹs goals. In this paper, we try study the meaning of conflict, its evolution relations with performance, varieties and causes. After wars ,we will put on discussion conflict management, its techniques and strategies for effective running. It is hoped that to be of use for managers and other persons involved in organizational matters.
