چكيده لاتين :
This study was Performed with the goal of achievement Management behaviors Method and Commitment With Employeesʹ target in organization. The statistical research project was implemented on employees of steel mill, Energy office, Water and sewage and other organization. 231 Person were selected randomly to response the questionnaire. Research Procedure was correlation track analysis. The questionnaire included target based on function (with 6 question), target based on learning (with 9 question), brief form of organizational commitment (with 6 question), member - leader exchange questionnaire (with 5 question), supervisorʹs behavior questionnaire in two field: evolutional leadership behaviors (with 5 question), and leadership behaviors based on reward (with 4 question). The result indicated that the member - leader exchange and organizational commitment possesing meaningful Rsquare (P<0/05) - based on employee learning: was 14/4. other observations showed: only leadership behavior - based on advisability reward - Possesing Meaningful index (p<0/01) - 15/7 of target Variance.
