چكيده لاتين :
The variety and differences in meaning about organizational culture makes difficult the correct and integrated understanding of this important term. In result manager and executive workers can make better use of some applied gists of organiz ational culture in achieving better function.
The contemporary literature and management believe a unique and supprior role for cultural mechanism in increasing the level of function, and elevation of modern organization.
Despite of the variety of definition this study tries to present a rich contents of organizational culture that based on it one can result clear criteria for better recognition of conceptual dimention of this word and farther that to evaluate and assess each of the existing definition. This paper offer seven criteria and analysis the selected meaning of organizational culture.
After gaining the clear conception of this definition It is provided comparison between different meaning and at the end, while drawing a comparison of scientific validity of selected definision, a totalization of the essay findings is offered.
