The Study of the Content of Culture engineering and Cultural Engineering

Engineering and systems management are two separate category. Engineering of any system means: designing, modernization, renovation and making development and mobilizing it. System in planned framework. The culture is a system. Culture Engineering is recognizing the shortness and contradiction of existence culture on the basis of ideal culture and determining the culture of goal. Cultural Engineering is defined planning, renovation and renewing the phenomena with definite and specific cultural approach. One of the levels of systems and phenomena is society and country. So, cultural engineering of the country, will be evolution, renovation and renewing of the country structures on the basis of cultural management make available the solidarity and the same direction of human behaviors toward divine and high goals.
