The Pride Warranty and its Lawful Origin

Pride is one of the factors of warranty, which according to conducted studies has become clear, that causes independence, and it is considered to be one of the applicable rules to cau~nd to the rule of damage and loss. It is also clear that according to science, deliberation and intention have no effects in pride warranty. The basis of this responcibility is not guilt or sin, but the norm and traditional loss attriution is nearness and the mere acquisition of causality between cheating acts and deception and the harmful actions of a proud person causes responsibility, even though compulsory act is not due to guilt. Thus, in case the damage imposition by the proud individual is not due to nearness, the pride warranty is not realized, and it was also found out that the basis of pride suertyship is nearness, not damage or loss. Eventually, if nearness and pride cause the loss imposition, the pride warranty should be carried out, even though loss or damage is not applicable to it.
