چكيده لاتين :
This paper looks at small industries entrepreneurial development based on a structural approach with special reference to practices in Iran, Arak Industrial zone. The purpose of this paper is to review the relationships of organization structure of small industries entrepreneurial development in Arak industrial zone. Also, the author has borne secondary objectives in mind such as giving favorable model for a) flexibility in law and regulations, b) task clarification, c) use of work teams and d) entrepreneurial organizational connections. This study also includes four indexes of entrepreneurial development namely income increase, customer can set, Increasing market share, innovation in products and services. For examining the connection between entrepreneurial structure and entrepreneurial development we used spearman correlation coefficient. The author looks at this subject from the top managerʹs view statistical society of this study consists of 91 firms among which 68 firms were chosen to respond by the method of and sampling was done by the method of group sampling.of these 68 firms 17 left the experiment and only 51 firms received the questionnaires. Thus 71 managers completed the questionnaires Cochran. After considering the above mentioned and giving some hypotheses about them as well as data analyzing by spss softwate the following resulted. These hypotheses emphasized that there is a positive connection between flexibility in law and regulations and job clarification, the existence of work teams, entrepreneurial organizational connections and entrepreneurial development of small scale industries since the resultant correlation Coefficients after analyzing were %65, %819, %720 and %904 respectively. These all ratified our hypotheses.
