چكيده لاتين :
In recent years, comparing the private insurance companiesʹ performances with state insurance companies has been considered as one of the important issues in Iranian insurance industry. So, present descriptive survey research considered selected insured people who faced loss (as statistical society) from Parsian Insurance Company and Asia to compare the effectiveness of these companies with ACSI approach; because customers total satisfaction will result in the survival of companies in this competitive market. In this research, perceived quality, expectancy and perceived value were considered as independent variables which have influenced the customer satisfaction. The results indicated that a relationship exists between insuredʹs satisfaction and this researchʹs variables, in addition, the ranking level of all variables in private companies were higher than those of public ones.
