چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to determine the relationship between quality of learning experience and academic burnout. The sample consisted of 170 graduate students of Shahid Chamran University who were selected randomly and answer to quality of learning experience and academic burnout questionnaires. The data were analyzed through simple and multiple coefficients. The result showed that there were negative relationship between dimensions of quality of learning experiences (resources, content, learning flexibility, student-faculty contact) and facets of academic burnout(academic exhaustion, academic cynicism, academic inefficacy). In addition the results showed that student-faculty contact is the best prediction of academic burnout.
