Struggle And Crisis In The Great Estajlou Tribe

During the Safavid period, the tribal sociological-economical system prevented a stable political one in Iran. One can regard the tribal system as a society full of different crises. The leader of such society uses all the economical and political levers for his own aims. The roots of the social problems in this period should be sought in a system which destroyed itself and created a new one known as the "government within government".
