The Compilation of Narrations and Their Resources for the Sunnites and Shiites

Ignoring the differences in the approaches taken by the Sunnites and Shiites in compilation of traditions has resulted in a situation in which sometimes their ways and instrumentalities are viewed intermixed. This paper aims at providing a general profile for each of the approaches and tries to mention the components effective in each of them so that the differences between these two approaches are clarified for the readers.
