The Role of Urban and Rural Households Budget in Production of Goods and services

Share of Consumption in total demand is high in any country. Fluctuations In it, thus, insert a high impact on the Economic instability of the Country Household earn income by working and or using their wealth in investment. They pay taxes to the government and recline subsidy on goods and services. They decide about the level of consumption and savings, these activities from the pattern of household consumption and expenditure. In this study after classifying household budget in urban and rural deciles on the bases of International ISIC classification and using Input - Output table for the year 1373 on divisional basis to study the relationship of household budget and value added of Economic activities taking into account both goods than services. It is more pronounced in urban as Compared to rural areas.
