بررسي تعادل هاردي - وينبرگ و چند شكلي در جمعيت هاي زنبور عسل شمال غرب ايران با استفاده از آناليز ريز ماهواره

Investigation of Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium and Polymorphism in Honeybee Populations in the North-Western of Iran Using Microsatellite Analysis

In order to population investigating in honeybee colonies of North-western of Iran, after sampling from apiaries of east Azerbaijan, west Azerbaijan and Ardabil Provinces, 9 important markers of microsatellite were used. After loci amplifying in PCR and genotyping, Statistical analyses for determining different parameters were estimated by software. In this research, among the studied loci, A7 locus had the most alleles and A3 5 and B124 loci had the least alleles and A14 & A24 were monomorph. The most level of Polymorphic information content were noticed in A107 & A7 loci and the least in A3 5 locus. Considering the heterozygosity, the highest of observed and unbiased expected heterozygosity were noticed in A107 locus (0/983, 0/921) and the lowest of observed and unbiased expected heterozygosity were observed in A88 (0/101) and A35 (0/481) loci, respectively. The highest and lowest of Shannonʹs index were in A107 (2/640) and A35 (1/018) loci, respectively. In this study, A107 and A7 loci were in equilibrium and other loci were indicated Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium.
