چكيده لاتين :
For assessment of several drought tolerance indices and also reaction understanding of soybean genotypes to drought stress, two experiments were performed withg 49 soybean genotypes on base of lattice 7*7 design at two replications and 2 levels normal (60mm) and stress (150mm) in field of seed and plant breeding research institute in Karaj in the summer of 1383. In order to evaluation of genotypes to drought tolerance were calculated 10 indices for yield in Hectare. Result showed genotypes reactions are different in two conditions, as genotypes such as Lin 17 1377, Nadi semfeber and Chameston in normal conditions and genotypes such as A 3234, Line 17 1377, Williams 25 kr mutant 50 in stress conditions have highest Yield. In attention to obtained results from correlation analysis between indexes and biplot analysis, indices as GMP and STI, were introduced such as best indices. After selection of genotypes A and D area in biplot charts which have high yield and low yield, respectively and in attention to two introduced indices, we can tell that genotypes as Maccon, Cysen, L21 and L.D.8149 have highest yield and they have resistant to drought stress and genotypes as Korona, Hadgson and Enterprise have lowest yield and they have sensitive to drought stress. In cluster analysis by indices, genotypes were divided to 6 groups. Finally, genotypes were divided to 4 and 3 groups by characters in normal and stress conditions, respectively.
