An Introduction to Cultural Investment

This article tries to discuss the various dimensions of cultural investment in the framework of the economy of culture, cultural capital and cultural industries and at the same time, to study the coincidence of these issues in Iran. Cultural investment has been considered a function of these three variables. In conducting this research, the views of Adorno, Horkheimer, Pierre Bourdieu and Walter Benjamin have been used. Finally, the author provides some strategic suggestions.
