Studying the Conformity of Organizational Structure with Strategic Objectives in Radio and TV Organization

This article aims at recognizing problems and obstacles facing the I.R.I.B. in implementing its strategy and realizing its strategic objectives, identifying the current situation of organization, its weeknesses and strengths and finally providing an appropriate model of organizational structure for it. Given the existence of different communicative means such as satellite and Internet; social changes; threatened position of the I.R.I.B.; the necessity of propagating, protecting, developing, explaining and describing the comprehensiveness and superiority of Islam, foundation of Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeiniʹs thoughts, religious government and rule of jurisprudent, creating an organizational structure conforming with a new strategy for the I.R.I.B. is a must. The success of an organization depends on the conformity of its structure with its ideology. With the passage of time, strategy undergoes changes, therefore, the change in structure deems necessary The author tries to answer the question that whether there is a kind of conformity between the organizational structure of the I.R.I.B. and its strategic objectives This research is considered a social survey and could be applied in the I.R.I.B. The results of this research shows a high degree of centralization and formality
