Socialization of National Interests and Foreign Policy: Transition of Modern State to Democracy

This article tries to study developments regarding the democratization of foreign policy and hence, the status of forign policy in the framework of recent progress in the conditions of modern state. In fact, it focuses on the phenomenon of "nation" located in the heart of state legitimacy and national interests. The authors explore the preconditions of a democratic foreign policy and national interests, while referring authentically to nation.
