This research has been done with standardizing of Torrance creativity scale in Tehran high school teachers with sex segregation (male & female). 483, persons as a research sample were selected by multi stage sampling from 40 high schools. Torrance creativity scale has been used as a questioner with 0-2 options scoring in this research. In final result, item homogeny has been accessed by Cranbachʹs Alfa (0/871). Then based on three main indicators (eigenvalue, screed design, explained variance) 7 factors were produced. Varimax rotation used for making factors elaboration, fluency, good felling by originally perception, analyzing. Solve complex problem, invention, flexibility. With mentioned factors this present creativity scale covered, all of factors that relate to creativity with Torrance scale and literature. Another result of this research is that the men were better than women in invention and fluency factors, but mean score wasnʹt meaningful in 2 groups. So if 483 persons be preventative of universe, with p>./.5 are 0/16 .1/28 (around 1/1 - 1/30). Because of creativity scores. This research universe has a quite creative.
