چكيده لاتين :
To explain the criteria of justice in education and distribution of educational opportunities we should explain the criteria for possession and distributive justice. According to Sader and Motahari, as two Islamic scholars, attempt, need, and immanent entitlement can be considered as criteria for possession and distribution of sources and opportunities. Implications of these criteria are as follow: attempt as a criterion for distribution implies that we provide educational opportunities parallel to peopleʹs attempts. This is not to say that attempts should lead to discrimination. Need as the second criterion requires that we provide the necessary grounds for enabling students to remove their needs as well as providing the grounds for removing the deprivation of deprived students. Immanent entitlement in humanistic-spiritual dimension as the third criterion should also be satisfied and all students have equal immanent entitlement. At the moment, performance of private schools ignores the criteria of attempt, need, and entitlement and are not, hence, just. It seems that in order to remove discrimination due to unequal distribution, we should improve the quality of education in public schools.
