چكيده لاتين :
This study was aimed to compare the parasite fauna of the Acipenser persicus, in two Sturgeon hatcheries of breeding and culture (Shahid Beheshti and Dr.Yusefpoor) at artificial breeding season in 2003. For this, 3 ponds from each Sturgeon hatcheries have been selected. Then 30 pieces of Acipenser persicus were captured from each pond in middle course and end course (totally 360 pieces). Various organs of Acipenser persicus Such as eye, lung and skin were used in this evaluation. According to experimental results two parasites ( Trichodina sp. and Diplostomum spathaceum ) were found. Incidence percent of D. spathaceum was 3.33% in Shahid beheshti Sturgeon hatcheries and 5.55% in Dr.yusefpoor Sturgeon hatcheries. Numbers of this parasite were 1-2 and 1-12 respectively. Also Incidence percent of Trichodina sp. was 24.4% in Shahid beheshti Sturgeon hatcheries and 6.11% in Dr.yusefpoor Sturgeon hatcheries and numbers of this parasite were 3-300 and 1-263 respectively. According to one way ANOVA two hatcheries have significant different in Trichodina sp infection.
