A survey of the characteristics the sperm of producers of the white fish (Rutilus frisii kutum) migrating to the Khoshkrood River

Rutilus Frissii Kutum is the most important Teleostome of the southern beaches of the Caspian sea in such a way that the highest percent of catching the fish has been allotted to them. To reproduce, this type of fish migrates from the Caspian sea to the various rivers every year. One of these rivers, which the fish migrate to there, is Khoshkrood River situated in the Kelachay town ship that the greatest rate of the reproducing migration of the white fish has been done to this river. On this basis, millions of the newly born larva-of the white fish are being released in the rivers entering in to the Caspian sea through artificial reproduction every year. In the mean time, appropriateness of the quality of the producers of the white fish, the producers of the male sex in particular, is of special importance. For this purpose, the particulars of the sperm of the 50 producers of the white fish were considered from April to May. According to the performed surveys in Khoshkrood river, the average fish body weight were 122.532g, and the average standard length were ±506.80 2.820cm, and the fish were in the age groups among 3+ to ±35.23 6+ year.
