In attention of importance usage of semisolid state in different industries, the study of A1-A357 alloy in automobile and aerospace investigated. The cooling slope is a very simple, compact and cheap piece of equipment with low associated running costs. In this study, the effect of casting parameters on cooling slope process, such as cooling length, mold, the preheat mold and cooling system on Si-eutectic morphology investigated. Increase the elongation from 2.5 to 8%, UTS from 165 to 225(Mpa), is the effect of globular structure that engender isothermal holding specimens at 580°C - 5 min
