Strategic Reconstruction of Iranian Public Administration

Competent government and big society are the requirements for the proper implementation of the Iranian 20-year- visionary plan. Shaping this type of government and society necessitates reshaping public administration. This Paper, focusses on the blind points of administrative transformation programmes in Iranian public sector, and suggests some implications. Major consequences of this reconstruction will be given at the end of the paper.
