چكيده لاتين :
Human capital is a valuable factor in knowledge- based economy; but this strategic resource will be efficient when coordinated with other organizational factors. For coordination in strategic human capital management, managers consider different model to accomplish goals. In this article, we suggest three models (rational, natural and integrated models) that can be utilized to coordinate these organizational factors. In rational models, Human Capital Strategy is determined based an Organizational Strategy. In natural models, other factors (such as culture, structure, technology, ...) influence human capital strategy. Applying integrated models, different organizational and environmental factors are co-ordinated, resulting in the increase of performance.
