A Model for Organizational Excellence in High School Education

To develop a model for organizational excellence in education, a cluster sampling of high school students, teachers, administrators, experts, and studentsʹ parents was given an open-ended set of questions on their educational expectations. Their responses were put to discussion by a focus group consisting of experts on educational administration in order to devise administrative actions meeting the expressed expectations. Elements leading to excellence were identified to be leadership and management, ethics and social responsibility, resources management, learning management, human relations, staff, and results.
